After working in aerospace IS for a dozen years, in 1996 How started PA Server Net. It provides web and email hosting, domain registration and management, and security certification for encrypted web transactions.

In 2004, Carson Consulting launched, offering online presence planning, WordPress site development, site conversion, and content management best practices training. How Carson is a business and technical writer with project management, document design and production supervision experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and an Associate in Computer Science.
